Overview

Preregistration Required | Ages 5y to 12y

Week 1:  June 17th – 21st
Week 2:  June 24th – 28th
CLOSED:  July 1st – 12th
Week 3:  TCC & SOAK (July 15th – 19th)
Week 4:  TCC & SOAK (July 22nd – 26th)
Week 5:   July 29th – August 2nd
Week 6:  August 5th – 9th
Week 7:  August 12th – 16th
Week 8:  August 19th – 23rd

TCC & Soak

We are thrilled to announce that we will be partnering with Summer Soak for the last two weeks of July! TCC will be operating their programming as normal for 20 kiddos and opening up 10 additional slots through Soak registration. TCC will continue to operate their normal hours but everyone will participate in the same program/class for each week! A supervisor will be at Soak and ride the bus over to TCC with the soak kids. From there TCC & Soak will all leave together to proceed to their dedicated location for the day and be back by Soak pickup time. Waitlist will be provided for TCC.

Welcome to TCC Summer Camp. Please be sure to read through all information listed here and on the registration form. There are a few changes to our camp season and we don’t want you to miss any important info.

  • Program: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Late Care: 4:00pm – 5:00pm
  • You WILL need a packed lunch. 
  • Snack provided once mid morning & afternoon. 

A camp T-Shirt is mandatory for field trip days. It is a safety measure when we travel for our staff and for the staff at the visiting location. Old Camp T-Shirts cannot be used as they change annually.

Cancellation Policy

TCC requires 30-days notice if you wish to withdraw your child from programming that you have already registered for. Any cancellation within 30 days is still subject to full payment for the registered days. Contact the Program Director if you wish to withdraw from programming. 

Summer Camp Clause:

Starting May 15th 2024, any absences due to schedule changes, illness or for other reasons will still be charged within the 30 day policy. Any cancellations outside of the 30 day window will be subject to a 50% refund max. Again TCC will be as flexible as possible with all families and evaluate for certain cases.

Rates

Our rates have increased starting Summer of 2024 due to to inflation and supply price increases.

Full Week Registration ———————–$260.00 (per child)
